Flex Bag — versatile bag by Blackpack
Lightweight, flexible, and versatile — Flex Bag combines comfort, durability, and thoughtful organization. It sits comfortably on your body, doesn’t restrict movement, and stays convenient at any pace — in the city, on the road, on a bike, or while traveling.
Organization and functionality
Flex Bag has three main compartments:
Front compartment
Closes with an AquaGuard zipper with gray lining. Inside — a large section, two pockets for small items, and a removable key carabiner.
Main compartment
Opens wide, providing easy access to contents. There are two elastic mesh pockets for power banks, cables, or SSD drives, plus two elastic holders — for a spray can, bottle, or glasses.
Internal EDC zone
Three additional elastic mesh pockets help organize small accessories, while soft lining protects gadgets from scratches.
Back compartment
Hidden soft pocket that fits an iPad mini or a Fold-format smartphone.
At the bottom there’s a third attachment point to keep the bag stable while cycling or riding a scooter. It’s sewn through a soft insert — doesn’t rub against your back or damage clothing.
On the front panel — two hidden elastic loops where you can attach a blinker or other accessory.
Material
Flex Bag is made from innovative UltraGrid™ material by Challenge Sailcloth.
It’s a fabric made from recycled nylon yarn, reinforced with a double grid of 200d fibers. It provides exceptional tear strength — up to 15 times stronger than steel at the same weight, while maintaining flexibility and elasticity.
Thanks to these properties, the bag perfectly conforms to your body, doesn’t deform, and doesn’t feel like a rigid structure.
AquaGuard zippers, YKK hardware, durable light gray lining. Strap loops are made from new reinforced material.
What’s included
Flex Bag is worn using a strap compatible with Blackpack waist bags. It can be removed or replaced — for different carrying styles or a minimalist look. The bag can be comfortably worn crossbody, on the chest, on the back, or by the handle, like a classic bag.

This bag has become my main EDC. Thanks to the thoughtful organization and design, despite its small size, it easily fits several packs of coffee or 2-3 cans of kvass 😁. The magnetic buckle adds even more convenience, I highly recommend getting the strap with it.

Ця сумка у мене стала основною на EDC. Завдяки продуманій організації та конструкції яка не дивлячись на невелийкій легко вміщує хоч декілька пачок кави, хоч 2-3 банки квасу 😁. Зручності ще додає магнітний фастекс, дуже рекомендую брати ремінь саме з ним.

Got the bag today, it’s amazing. Quality and organization are top-notch.
But the strap ruins everything. At 5’5″ tall, using the strap videos as a guide, I ordered a single-sided M with fidlock. And it’s maxed out at full length. Even shorter than what’s comfortable for me😭. And that’s in summer—if I add a jacket, wearing it cross-body will be impossible 🙈 And such a great (according to the manufacturer) concept of one strap for all bags turns into pick one for a single bag at your own expense.
This is a fiasco, folks🤬

Сьогодні отримав сумку, вона чудова. Якість, організація на висоті.
Але все затьмарює ремінь. На зріст 165 користуючись відео з ременями як підказкою, замовив односторонній М з фідлоком. І він на максимальній довжині впритул. Навіть менше ніж мені комфортно😭. І це влітку, якщо додати куртку то носити через плече буде неможливо 🙈 І така гарна (на словах виробника) концепція один ремінь на всі сумки, виливається в підбери під одну сумку за свій рахунок.
Це фіаско шановні🤬

The bag is good, comfortable to wear, but after a month of use the strap that holds the 2 small pockets started coming apart inside for some reason, even though I didn’t put any heavy loads in there. Right now I don’t know what to do. I really like the bag, but this situation is disappointing.

Сумка хороша, зручна в носінні, але за місяць використання чомусь всередині почала розходитися стропа яка фіксує 2 карманчика, хоча якихось великих навантажень туди я не давав. Наразі не знаю що робити. Сумка дуже подобається, але ця ситуація засмучує.

I want to really thank the brand for their responsible attitude. I wrote to support, sent photos of how the strap between the pockets was coming apart (I posted photos in my previous review), and they replied that it was a warranty case. I sent the bag and in a few days got it back repaired. The brand covered all shipping costs. Very good customer care! Thanks again!

Хочу дуже подякувати бренду за відповідальне відношення. Написав в підтримку, скинув фото як розходилася стропа між кишенями (в минулому відгукі скидував фото), мені відповіли, що це гарантійний випадок. Я відправив сумку та за кілька днів отримав її назад відремонтовану. Всі витрати по доставці бренд покрив. Дуже хороше відношення до клієнтів! Ще раз дякую!

The best impressions of the bag. Comfortable, light, ergonomic, with good organization. You should only get the two-sided strap, the one-sided one won’t work for outerwear—it’ll be too short (others have written about this too).
Got what I wanted, knew what I was paying for, but there’s still room for improvement.
But in every barrel of honey there’s a tiny spoonful of tar.
Considering the fairly high price, both for Ukraine and the general market, you could be more prompt in processing orders.
I placed two orders at the same time—from Blackpak and from your alternative competitor (I won’t announce the brand name so I’m not accused of advertising).
So, your competitors had a promo code for a discount, but you didn’t have any discount despite the AI emphasizing that a promo code existed.
The order was placed on Saturday (a non-working day), on Monday first thing in the morning the competitors sent a tracking code for an already shipped package, but no word from your company.
I called the contact number around lunchtime and only then did your employee look at the fact that my order existed (and you received the money back on Saturday).
The communication was polite, the order shipped in the evening.
Maybe if there was no comparison, I’d chalk it all up to the difficult conditions in the country, but you’re charging a lot by our standards, so the service should be at least like your competitors’ (they somehow manage).
Everything listed above seems like small things, but considering what you said in your “bagcast” about how your company’s employees should receive high salaries—the customer, for the money they’re paying you, should get impeccable quality and impeccable service.

Враження від сумки самі найкращі. Зручна , легка , ергономічна , з гарною організацією. Ремінь треба брати тільки двосторонній , односторонній не підійде на верхній одяг- буде за короткий( про це писали і інші).
Те що хотів- то отримав , знав за що плачу , але вдосконалити ще можна.
Але і в кожній діжці меду є мАААлесенька ложечка дьогтю.
Зважаючи на достатньо високу ціну , як для України , так і для загального ринку , можна було бути більш оперативними в обробленні замовлення.
Зробив паралельно два замовлення – в Blackpak та в вашого альтернативного конкурента( не буду оголошувати назву торгової марки , щоб не бути звинуваченим в рекламі).
Так от , у Ваших конкурентів діяв промокод на знижку , а в Вас , не зважаючи на те що ШІ наголошував на існуванні промокода , ніякої знижки не було .
Замовлення було зроблене в суботу( неробочий день) , в понеділок з самого ранку конкуренти прислали трек-код вже відправленої посилки , а від вашої компанії ніяких звісток.
Я передзвонив на контактний номер в районі обіду і тільки тоді Ваш працівник подивився на те що моє замовлення існує( а гроші Ви отримали ще в суботу).
Спілкування було ввічливим , вечором замовлення поїхало.
Можливо , якщо б не було порівняння , я б списав все на тяжкі умови в країні , але гроші ви берете не малі , по міркам наших реалій , то і відношення повинне бути хоча б таким , як в конкурентів( вони ж якось справляються).
Все вище перераховане ніби дрібниці , але зважаючи не те , що ви казали в своєму ” сумкасті” , про те що працівники Вашої компанії повинні отримувати високу зарплатню – то клієнт , за кошти які Вам платить, повинен отримати бездоганну якість і бездоганне обслуговування.

Overall positive impressions of the bag itself. Materials as always are top-notch.
Cons:
1. A completely incomprehensible decision to me regarding the two zipper pulls on the main zipper that you have to unclip from the edge. In my opinion, the point of two zipper pulls is so you don’t have to close the bag all the way, but can create an opening point somewhere in the middle. But this way you constantly have to pull it all the way to the end which isn’t convenient for me, especially since there’s a curve at the end that complicates the closing process. And if you don’t pull it all the way and it rains, water will get inside. I don’t know how this will affect the longevity of these zippers. (In the photo I showed what kind of curve. You can clearly see that the zipper itself is jamming and the zipper pull is strained and won’t clip, you need your other hand to fasten it) So on one hand from the user’s point of view this system isn’t convenient (speaking for myself), on the other hand I don’t know how long such a zipper will last with constant fastening through bending.
2. Interchangeable straps is something on the level of—we don’t include a charger because you already have one. Hello Apple. But what disappointed me even more is the claim in the video that support sends that the M strap will fit everyone, and L is only for big people. I’m pretty standard size and M is really too small. Now I’m getting a second strap (because I apparently have nothing better to do than order different straps for myself). On the previous two bags from Blackpak where the straps were sewn on, there were no such problems.

Від самої сумки взагалом позитивні враження. Матеріали як завжди на висоті.
З мінусів:
1. зовсім незрозуміле мені рішення стосовно двох собачок на головній блискавці, які треба від краю відстібати. Як на мене то сенс у двох собачках є в тому щоб не закривати сумку вкрай, а зробити собі точку відкриття десь посередені. А так треба постійно дотягувати до кінця що як на мене не зручно, тим паче там іде скруглення під кінець що ускладнює процес закривання. А якщо не дотянеш до кінця і буде дощ, то вода потрапить всередину. я хз як це скажеться на довговічності цих замків. ( на фото показав шо за круглення. Чітко видно що сама блискавка заминається і що собачка внатяжку і не достібається, треба другу руку щоб застібнути) Тобто з одного боку з точку зору юзера така система не зручна ( кажу про себе) з іншого боку хз скільки такий замок прослужить з постійним замиканням через згибання.
2. змінні ремінці це щось на рівні – ми не кладемо у комплект зарядку бо у вас вона і так вже є. привіт епл. Але шо ще більше засмутило це твердження у відео яке кидає підтримка що М ремішок підійде для всіх, а Л лише для великих людей. Я досить стандартного розміру і М прям замалий. Тепер оце беру другий ремішок (бо мені типу нема чого робити як замовляти різні ремішки собі ). На попередніх двох сумках від блекпек де ремінці були пришиті таки проблем не було.

Everything’s great about the bag. The only thing that adds inconvenience for me is the zipper. The sliders work non-standardly: not toward each other. And that would be ok if not for the strap attachment loops. When the bag is on your body, to close the zipper all the way you have to lift the bag so the strap attachment loops don’t block the corners.

Все чудово в сумці. Єдине, що додає незручності для мене, — це блискавка. Бігунки працюють нестандартно: не назустріч один до одного. І це було б ок, якби не лямки кріплення ременя. Коли сумка на тілі, то, щоб закрити блискавку до кінця, треба припідняти сумку, щоб лямки кріплення ременя не перекривали кути.
