Exchange and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order and products. However, our expectations may not always align, and the item may not suit you for some reason.

First, we apologize. Second, we will, of course, refund your money or exchange the item for another one with the option of additional payment or refund.

There are a few simple rules for this:

1. Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The item must be without signs of use.
3. You pay for delivery to us.
4. Refunds are made to the same card you used for payment and only after we receive your item.

FOUND A DEFECT?

If you find a manufacturing defect, write to us — we will make it right. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date your order is shipped; full terms are on the Warranty page.
