Warranty period
1 year from the date your order is shipped.
What the warranty covers
manufacturing defects (for example, poor-quality stitching);
defects in the fabric, lining or leather present from the start;
hardware defects — faults that did not occur through the customer’s fault.
What the warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear: scuffs, fading, colour change, leather patina — signs of a bag that has been lived with, not defects;
mechanical damage: cuts, punctures, tears, burns, damage by animals;
exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or alkalis;
the consequences of accidents;
improper storage;
careless use or care;
exceeding the permitted load;
using the product for purposes other than intended;
self-repair or modification of the bag;
products not bought from the Blackpack online store;
damage caused by third parties (carriers or during customs inspection).
