Flex Bag Leather — versatile bag by Blackpack

Lightweight, flexible, and versatile — Flex Bag Leather combines comfort, durability, and thoughtful organization. Crafted from Italian vegetable-tanned Bruschetta leather, it features a lively natural grain that darkens over time, developing deeper color and a unique patina. The bag sits comfortably on the body, doesn’t restrict movement, and stays convenient at any pace — in the city, on the road, on a bike, or while traveling.

Organization and functionality

Flex Bag has three main compartments:

Front compartment

Closes with an AquaGuard zipper with gray lining. Inside — a large section, two pockets for small items, and a removable key carabiner.

Main compartment

Opens wide, providing easy access to contents. There are two elastic mesh pockets for power banks, cables, or SSD drives, plus two elastic holders — for a spray can, bottle, or glasses.

Internal EDC zone

Three additional elastic mesh pockets help organize small accessories, while soft lining protects gadgets from scratches.

Back compartment

Hidden soft pocket that fits an iPad mini or a Fold-format smartphone.

At the bottom there’s a third attachment point to keep the bag stable while cycling or riding a scooter. It’s sewn through a soft insert — doesn’t rub against your back or damage clothing.

On the front panel — two hidden elastic loops where you can attach a blinker or other accessory.

Material

Flex Bag Leather is crafted from Italian Bruschetta leather — vegetable-tanned leather in the tradition of Tuscan craftsmanship.

Each bag is unique. Slight variations in color shade and texture are a characteristic feature of leather goods.

At launch, Flex Bag Leather is available in two colors: black and beige.

AquaGuard zippers, YKK hardware. Strap loops are made from new reinforced material.

What’s included

Flex Bag is worn using a strap compatible with Blackpack waist bags. It can be removed or replaced — for different carrying styles or a minimalist look. The bag can be comfortably worn crossbody, on the chest, on the back, or by the handle, like a classic bag.
