We want you to be satisfied with your order and products. However, our expectations may not always align, and the item may not suit you for some reason. <\/p>\n

First, we apologize. Second, we will, of course, refund your money or exchange the item for another one with the option of additional payment or refund. <\/p>\n

There are a few simple rules for this:<\/p>\n

  1. Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.<\/li>\n
  2. The item must be without signs of use.<\/li>\n
  3. You pay for delivery to us.<\/li>\n
  4. Refunds are made to the same card you used for payment and only after we receive your item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
